I feel that buying a home should be a wonderful experience in your life, and your realtor can make that happen.  I found in Patrick King a friend and great realtor. He was very courteous and professional and listened to all my concerns and wants.  Negotiations with the seller were handled very well, when needing a hot water heater came up at the last minute Patrick took the ball and ran with it, getting me a new hot water heater. That made it nice that I didn’t have to stress over this matter.  I have since recommended him to friends and certainly will keep doing so to my friends and family.  He is a realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients.
